“TRUNK” by Riley Samuel Merritt is an interactive one-man show that narrates the trials of a young artist navigating his imminent demise. Presenting poetry, music, and years of cumulative writing, Merritt grapples with the nebulous nature of ambition, love, and identity through the eyes of a flawed everyman.
Genevieve's Sister
After experiencing a traumatic event, young Genevieve creates an imaginary friend: Genevieve. Their mother and grandmother debate how to handle the situation, before the sisters’ games escalate from innocent to deadly.
The Insect Project
A series of five scenes vaguely related to insects. A talking cockroach give’s inspiring words; French legionnaires suffer an embarrassing medical condition, migrants make a solemn deal, and other tales.
